  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    All sales are final. Every item is made just for you, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted. For full details, read our return policy.
  • Can I return sealed goods like face masks?
    No. Due to hygiene reasons, sealed items like face masks cannot be returned or reshipped once opened. For full details, read our return policy.
  • Can I get a refund?
    Refunds are only issued for items that are misprinted, damaged, or defective. If that happens, reach out within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. For full details, read our return policy.
  • What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
    We don’t offer refunds or replacements for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or color preferences. Please double-check the size guide before ordering. For full details, read our return policy.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your product type, delivery address, and chosen method. We always aim to keep it as reasonable as possible. For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    Most orders are fulfilled (produced and packed) within 2–5 business days, and then shipped. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen: Domestic US orders: 1–8 business days International orders: Up to 20 business days Standard shipping: 4–23 business days For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • What does “fulfillment time” mean?
    Fulfillment time is the production window — the time it takes to create your made-to-order item. This is usually 2–5 business days. Over 75% of orders ship within 3 business days, and 95% within 5. Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • What affects delivery time?

  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Not at this time. All orders are shipped using standard shipping methods from our fulfillment partners. For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
    If your item is misprinted, damaged, or defective, contact us within 30 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. If confirmed, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost. For full details, read our return policy.
  • My order never arrived . . what should I do?
    If your tracking link shows no delivery, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll send a replacement. For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?
    If an incorrect address was provided, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipment. Unclaimed or undeliverable orders are donated to charity after 30 days. For full details, read our shipping policy.
  • Do I have a right to cancel or withdraw my order?
    Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: Custom-made or personalized goods Sealed items (like face masks) once opened. That means these items cannot be returned or refunded, even if you’re located in the EU.
